Over the years we have
received a few questions with great regularity. Here are
the answers to the questions we most frequently receive!
Are your products all handmade?
99% of our products are handmade. We do on
occasion find something that we think you will like - a deal that we
just can't pass up! When we do find these products, we will add
them. These products will be noted on their individual pages so
you know that they are not handmade.
How long before I receive my order?
This depends. As our products are handmade
after you order them we ask that you allow 2-3 weeks for them to
arrive. We strive to get them out MUCH sooner than that, but
sometimes it just takes a little longer.
If our office
is going to be closed, or one of our artists will be
unavailable, we will post those updates in our newsletter and
our blog. To keep up to date, we recommend subscribing to

What carrier do you use?
We prefer USPS Priority Mail for shipping.
We have found them to be the most economical, and have had excellent customer service from them - nothing has taken
longer than 4 days to arrive - and that was shipping from Washington
State to South Florida the week before Christmas!
If you prefer a different carrier, just ask.
We will gladly ship your package via FedEx, however please note that the
shipping will be higher, and your total will be adjusted prior to your
bag, scarf or jewelry being shipped out.
After numerous issues with UPS, we prefer
not to use them, however if they are your preferred carrier, we
will ship out your package through them. Again, your
shipping will be adjusted to cover the extra cost.
Do you charge a
handling fee?
Absolutely not! The amount that you
pay for shipping is the amount that we pay - sometimes less than
we pay if your package comes in heavier than we anticipated.
Unless you are ordering a large quantity
of bags, the shipping via USPS Priority Mail will not be higher
than the $8.95 flat rate shipping. If there are too many
bags to fit, we will find the least expensive way to ship them
out.
Why did I receive my order in
multiple boxes?
Some of our designers live
in Washington, and some live in California. Due to this, you may
receive more than one box for your order. If at any time you have
a question about how your order will arrive, just ask!
Can you make a bag out of my
fabric?
Absolutely! We love to
see the fabrics that our customers have, and we love turning them into
something beautiful and functional. Please
email us

Do I have to pay Sales Tax?
If you live in Washington, you will be charged a
sales tax of 8.6%. If you live outside of Washington, enjoy the
benefit of shopping online! For California residents purchasing
any of the wire-wrapped jewelry, you will have to pay CA sales tax.
How do I use my discount?
If you came here through a link from another site or our newsletter, the
link automatically sent your computer a cookie that has your coupon code
stored in it. It will automatically be applied during the final
stages of checkout! For a bit more info, please see our

page... If
you have a paper coupon or gift certificate, there will be a
link printed on the card. When you visit that page, your
discount is automatically applied via a cookie. Please
make sure that you have cookies enabled on your computer for
